Healthy "Reese's" Mousse (Keto, Vegan)
Silky peanut butter chocolate mousse that has the same yummy flavor as Reese's, without the SUGAR or dairy!

Servings: 5 servings
(Use a can of coconut milk that has been refrigerated overnight to separate the cream) Carefully scoop out the solid cream into a mixing bowl. (Save the water for a smoothie!)
Add remaining ingredients and whip with a hand mixer about 1 minute until fully incorporated.
Taste and add more sweetener or cacao, if needed.
Divide into 4-5 bowls. Optional - garnish with whipped coconut cream and chocolate shavings. Chill for 15 minutes, if you like. Enjoy!

To store: must be kept refrigerated covered for up to 1 week.
Sweetener Swap: For non-low carb, use 2-3 Tbs powdered coconut sugar or your favorite powdered sweetener. If you don't have powdered, blend it in a small blender to make powdered sugar so it's not gritty. Always taste and adjust sweetness to your preference :)
