Scoop into balls using a 1 Tbs measuring spoon or small cookie scoop.
Roll in your hands to smooth out.

Best served at room temperature, since the dough hardens when chilled.What I used:This food processor to make homemade almond butter (with dry roasted almonds from Aldi)Pure maple syrupTo make the coconut butter icing, stir together:
⅓ cup coconut butter, warmed
2 Tbs coconut milk, or milk of choice
2 ½ teaspoon maple syrup, to taste
½ teaspoon vanilla
Dash of salt
Storage:Cake balls may be stored at room temp, in an air-tight container for about 1 week. If refrigerated, bring to room temp before serving. Can also be frozen for 1-2 months.
