Low-Carb Cinnamon Praline Bark {Vegan/Paleo/Keto}

Irresistible cinnamon pecans in a crunchy munchy bar. So easy. So YUMMY.

  • Heaping 1/4 cup cashew butter (I used homemade)
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of pure stevia extract (see notes)
  • 1/2 cup roasted pecan pieces + 1 Tbs (divided)
  • Pinch of Himalayan pink salt


  • Melt coconut oil in a glass mixing bowl. Whisk in all remaining ingredients.
  • Pour onto a plate lined with parchment. Sprinkle 1 Tbs pecans on top.
  • Freeze for 30 minutes, until hardened. Chop into pieces. Enjoy!


Featured ingredients:
I used Bulk Supplements Pure Stevia Powder, but you may also use 5-9 drops of Sweet Leaf liquid stevia, or your preferred low carb sweetener. If you're not low-carb, you can sub 2-3 Tbs powdered coconut sugar.
Keep this bark refrigerated or frozen at all times since it melts at room temperature.
You can easily make cashew butter by placing 2 cups of raw cashews in a food processor for about 5-10 minutes. If you don't have cashews/butter, almond butter should work, too ( And will also lower the carb count a little.)
