Melt coconut oil in a glass mixing bowl. Whisk in all remaining ingredients.
Pour onto a plate lined with parchment. Sprinkle 1 Tbs pecans on top.
Freeze for 30 minutes, until hardened. Chop into pieces. Enjoy!
