Maple Pecan Tarts (gluten-free/dairy-free)

Unlike typical desserts, ALL my recipes are free from:

  • refined sugar
  • dairy
  • gluten/wheat
  • soy

And 97% are free from: grains, eggs & legumes.

I use unconventional (but natural) ingredients to create tasty treats that you can feel good about 🙂

I help people with restricted diets, like gluten-free, keto, vegan, Paleo, etc, find dessert recipes that fit their needs so they can enjoy dessert again!
