No, not that kind of butter. ALMOND butter. And it’s definitely the MOST delicious almond butter I have ever tasted.
Friends, if you can, you’ve gotta get your hands on some Living Tree Organic Alive Almond Butter.. the taste is SO FRESH, so creamy, and mildly sweet (but there’s NO added sugar or oils!) JUST ALMONDS.
I don’t know how they do it! Is this some kind of magic?? But it’s so good, I just like to eat it by the spoonful.. with a little sprinkle of pink Himalayan salt.. OMggggg. LOVE.

If you love coffee flavor, then a staple to have in your pantry is Medaglia D’Oro Instant Espresso Powder
I absolutely ADORE coffee flavored desserts, but I don’t have an espresso maker, and it just doesn’t work to add so much liquid in most recipes (nobody wants an icy pie..)
So using espresso powder is perfect. And remember, this is NOT coffee GROUNDS. It’s *freeze-dried* espresso. You can find instant espresso powder in most major grocery stores, and on Amazon. It’s inexpensive and lasts a long time.
