No Sugar-Bombs Here!
These taste like a candy bar. But unlike conventional chocolate, these have ZERO sugar added. You won't believe these are actually good for you! They taste TOO good to be "healthy" haha.
Healthy chocolate? I'm in. Made with natural, simple ingredients and no sugar. Plus these help me stay full so I'm not grazing on food all day, and help me get in enough good fats.
Perfect for my keto peeps-- just 2 g carbs a pop (or ZERO NET CARBS if you use almond butter! Holy moly!!)
Yeah, these bombs are the BOMB. (Does anyone actually say "the bomb" anymore? lol) Call them "Fat Bombs", craving busters, or simply chocolates. But whatever you call them, they're friggin delicious.
And the FLAVOR. Omg. Chocolate + coffee flavor has got to be one of the best combos EVER. Don't you LOVE it? Mocha! SO GOOD.
SIX Ingredients
- Coconut Oil
- Nuts
- Cacao
- Coconut Milk
- Stevia
- Espresso
And making them takes just minutes. Stir everything together and pour into silicone molds. Freeze until set. That's it!
Espresso!? I don't have an espresso maker!
No espresso machine at home? No worries! There's a shortcut method to get that RICH espresso flavor without actually having to pull your own shots. Have you ever tried Instant Espresso? I LOVE IT.
Note: This is *NOT* coffee grounds (Please don't try coffee grounds -- that would be gross). This is brewed espresso that has been freeze dried into a powder.
All you have to do is mix a spoonful of freeze dried espresso powder in some liquid to dissolve it and it's ready in an INSTANT, hence the name 😉 Boom. Your caffeine kick is ready.
I also add it to my smoothies aka healthy homemade frappuccinos! AND basically any recipe involving chocolate. SO good. A little espresso really enhances the chocolate flavor.
ps also check out my Healthy 10 Minute Tiramisu and Chocolate Buttercream Cups recipes that also use instant espresso 😀

Custom Flavor!
One of my favorite things about these easy, no bake recipes is you are able to customize the flavor! TASTE IT, friend!
Dip your finger in there and get a taste. If it's not perfection, add a little of this and a dash of that until it's juuuust right. If you like super dark chocolate, add more cacao. If you like blonde roast, use less espresso.
Don't be afraid to experiment! Then you'll create a customized flavor that you LOVE. 🙂 This piece of advice applies for pretty much every recipe on my site, so go ahead. Lick the spoon 🙂
