Creamy GUILT-FREE dip that tastes like Peanut Butter PIE! Just 4 ingredients & no dairy or sugar. You're gonna want to spread this on everything!
On EVERYTHING
Yep, it's worth repeating: You're gonna want to spread this stuff on EVERYTHING.
And it's so ridiculously SIMPLE and quick that whipping up a batch takes no time at all.
I make this peanut butter pie dip (or a variation of it) every.single.day. And since there's ZERO added sugar, I have zero guilt about eating it 😉
How will YOU dip?
There are ENDLESS possibilities of how to enjoy this creamy, smooth (and totally healthy) peanut butter pie dip:
- FRUIT: strawberries, apples, slathered on a medjool date (omg)
- VEGGIES: celery sticks, carrots (yep, it's good!)
- GRAINS: swirled into oatmeal/overnight oats, spread on rice cakes (love the crunch!)
- SNACKS: pretzels, graham crackers, wafer cookies
- BAKED GOODS: pancakes, waffles, cupcakes (especially chocolate!), on brownies - YUM
- and my personal fav, on a SPOON.
Obviously, many of these are not keto-approved, but some of them *ARE* low-carb! (85% of the time, I just eat it with a spoon. Spoons have ZERO carbs, lol.)
ps peanut butter with strawberries is one of my FAV combinations EVER... like in this PB Strawberry Shortcake.
4 Ingredients!
- Peanut Butter. Use any natural peanut butter you like. Just be sure to avoid the kind with added sugar and extra oils (especially hydrogenated oils). I use organic pb from ALDI (my favorite store!)
- Stevia. Personally, I'm a BIG fan of Sweet Leaf Vanilla Creme stevia drops. The flavor reminds me of vanilla cake or ice cream, which is PERFECT for this PB PIE dip! But pure stevia powder will also work -- the flavor just won't be quite as pb pie-like.
- Vanilla. The brand of vanilla you use can make a HUGE difference. I LOVE this Mexican vanilla sooo much. There's no comparison in the flavor/aroma/AWESOMENESS.
- Milk of choice. To keep this dip dairy-free and low carb, use plant milk. I am obsessed with CASHEW milk. Highly recommend it to achieve more pie-like flavor. It's so creamy and mildly sweet. (I get unsweetened vanilla cashew milk). Coconut milk or almond milk would also work, but it will affect the flavor.
+ CHOCOLATE!
When in doubt, just add chocolate. Maybe that will be my new motto. Chocolate is the answer - chocolate is the cure, lol. It does always make me happier when I get my chocolate fix. And *especially* when it's chocolate PLUS peanut butter. Who DOESN'T love that Reese's flavor?! (And you should totally try this dip on my Reese's Crunch Bars! Yaaas)
You can melt a little dark chocolate (Lily's brand is stevia sweetened) and drizzle it on top of your top (hello YUM). Or throw on some chocolate shavings, chocolate chips, chocolate SPRINKLES. Whatever you like!
