8 Low-Carb Thanksgiving Desserts (GF, Paleo, Vegan, Keto)

No dairy, eggs, grains, or weird ingredients

Unlike the vast majority of low-carb and keto recipes, ALL my recipes are dairy-free, egg-free, and made without any grains or uncommon ingredients (like oat fiber, wheat fiber, psyllium husk, guar gum, and the like.)

    • Monkfruit / stevia
    • Coconut milk
    • Coconut oil

I love all your recipes!! Due to allergies, I am gluten free and dairy free which makes doing low carb/keto really hard. Everything has butter or heavy whipping cream. I am so excited to find your recipes. Do you have any dinner recipes? How do you substitute heavy cream in things like gravy?
      Thanks so much

Thank you! So glad to have recipes that fit your restrictions 🙂 I use coconut milk/cream in place of heavy cream. I like Thai Kitchen brand for best consistency and taste (not grainy or too much coconut flavor).
My site specializes in sweets, but I include breakfast, snacks, drinks and of course desserts! Hope you enjoy the recipes!

Hi. I cannot use coconut products, but can use butter and cream cheese. I am craving Thanksgiving desserts, or desserts in general. What can I use in place of the coconut? Thanks!

You can sub cream for coconut cream 🙂

to replace coconut oil in a no-bake dessert, I would use palm oil in the filling and butter in the crust (it must be a saturated fat thats solid at room temp and solidifies when chilled to hold everything together)

For recipes that are baked, any oil will work in place of coconut oil. You can probably use butter in that case.

Hope that helps! Let me know if you have any other questions 🙂
