Made with Everyday Ingredients

Many of my recipes use everyday basics like almond butter, almond flour, powdered sweetener, flaxseed, oil (or coconut oil), cocoa, vanilla, and salt.

If you don’t have one or two of the ingredients, everything is usually available on Amazon as well. I include ingredient links in my posts, too, to help you be able to find what you need.

PS I also have a resource for stocking your pantry. What ingredients I use, where I get them, and how to save money. Get the pantry info with my Top 5 Must-Have Items HERE.

How to Make it Work with the Ingredients You Have

  • All nut butters such as almond, cashew, sun-butter and peanut butter are interchangeable. It just affects the flavor.
  • All nuts and seeds are interchangeable in crusts, brownies, granola, and no-bake bites.
  • Don’t have almond flour on hand? Take some almonds and grind them into a flour using your food processor or high-speed blender. This also works with cashews and sunflower seeds!
  • Need powdered sweetener but you only have granules? Blender to the rescue once again! It only takes about 10 seconds to make powdered monkfruit/coconut sugar/erythritol or regular sugar.
  • Monkfruit granules should be interchangeable with Swerve, coconut sugar and cane sugar in my recipes. Maple syrup is interchangeable with monkfruit syrup. Always sweeten to taste!
  • Need help? I’m always just a message away on Facebook or Instagram, or email me at emily @

You may need to get a little creative, but the good news is many of my recipes are flexible and customizable. You can make it work! 🙂Powdered Sugar Mini Donuts (Keto, Paleo, Vegan)

  • Beth Fuller

I love your wonderful and delicious looking, as well as healthy, photos and recipes! I eat vegan and am a sugarholic. I’ve been addicted to sugar since I was a child. I love what I see on your site. I’d like to get your cookbook(s). My sisters and I worked on our family’s organic farm. Of course I’m especially attracted to your deserts.
What would you recommend I start with?

    Thank you,
    Beth Fuller 🙂
