If you don’t have one or two of the ingredients, everything is usually available on Amazon as well. I include ingredient links in my posts, too, to help you be able to find what you need.
How to Make it Work with the Ingredients You Have
- All nut butters such as almond, cashew, sun-butter and peanut butter are interchangeable. It just affects the flavor.
- All nuts and seeds are interchangeable in crusts, brownies, granola, and no-bake bites.
- Don’t have almond flour on hand? Take some almonds and grind them into a flour using your food processor or high-speed blender. This also works with cashews and sunflower seeds!
- Need powdered sweetener but you only have granules? Blender to the rescue once again! It only takes about 10 seconds to make powdered monkfruit/coconut sugar/erythritol or regular sugar.
- Monkfruit granules should be interchangeable with Swerve, coconut sugar and cane sugar in my recipes. Maple syrup is interchangeable with monkfruit syrup. Always sweeten to taste!
