As another year comes to a close, it’s fun to look back and reflect on all that 2021 brought.
It was a weird year. I struggled more than ever before. (Hello, anxiety. You, too?) But there was a lot of good, too (I got a new puppy!) And got to make some really fun new recipes.
It’s always interesting to see which recipes get the most love from you guys. So, what recipes were most popular on Pretty Pies this year? Honestly, I’m a little surprised at the list!

Woah. I just realized: Not a single recipe requires BAKING or cooking in the Top 10! Everybody loves a good EASY recipe, right?
They’re all EASY recipes— which has become one of my hallmarks. I don’t do complicated, difficult, culinary-degree required type of recipes.
Some people may. look at a photo of my pretty pies and think, “that’s too hard. I couldn’t make that” but it’s just not true! These recipes are easy. Especially the no-bake ones, but the baked ones, too.
I love making quick and easy treats that are SIMPLE, using mostly pantry-staple ingredients and whole food ingredients as much as possible.
And always dairy-free, gluten-free, egg-free and refined sugar-free! With mostly low-carb and keto-friendly treats your whole family will love.

This is a personal FAVORITE that I have been making ALL the time. Maybe the one thing I’ve made the most!! SCONES. Amazingly low-carb with the same fluffy center and crisp exterior as traditional scones, but none of the flour, butter, eggs or SUGAR. Scone recipe here
No-Bake Keto Granola
This recipe is a GAME CHANGER. Ultra crispy and crunchy with toasted almonds, coconut and cinnamon. But NO grains, no oats, no eggs, no butter and NO BAKING. It’s made in a skillet, and it takes just 10 minutes or less! Granola recipe here
