    Low-Carb Desserts Made with Pantry Staples

    Easy, quick, DELICIOUS low-carb recipes you can make using pantry staples and non-perishables you probably already have on hand. These treats are all gluten-free, dairy-free, sugar-free and full of nourishing ingredients your body will thank you for!

    Gluten-Free/Dairy-Free Recipes Made with Pantry Staples

    If you're suddenly at home with a little extra time on your hands... craving some comfort food, I am here for you, friend!

    I'm rounding up my top EASY low-carb sweets, treats, desserts, breakfast and drink recipes that are made with basic pantry essentials that you probably already have on hand. No need to make a special trip to the grocery store. Stay at home, stay safe, and whip up something to snack on.

    Made with Everyday Ingredients

    Many of my recipes use everyday basics like almond butter, almond flour, powdered sweetener, flaxseed, oil (or coconut oil), cocoa, vanilla, and salt.

    If you don't have one or two of the ingredients, everything is usually available on Amazon as well. I include ingredient links in my posts, too, to help you be able to find what you need.

    How to Make it Work with the Ingredients You Have

    • All nut butters such as almond, cashew, sun-butter and peanut butter are interchangeable. It just affects the flavor.
    • All nuts and seeds are interchangeable in crusts, brownies, granola, and no-bake bites.
    • Don't have almond flour on hand? Take some almonds and grind them into a flour using your food processor or high-speed blender. This also works with cashews and sunflower seeds!
    • Need powdered sweetener but you only have granules? Blender to the rescue once again! It only takes about 10 seconds to make powdered monkfruit/coconut sugar/erythritol or regular sugar.
    • Monkfruit granules should be interchangeable with Swerve, coconut sugar and cane sugar in my recipes. Maple syrup is interchangeable with monkfruit syrup. Always sweeten to taste!
